We are an out-of-network provider and the services we provide may be eligible for partial reimbursement by your insurance provider. Check with your insurance provider to confirm the out-of-network benefits of your specific insurance plan.

Relationship Counseling

Per the No Surprises Act, you have the right receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your services may cost if you are uninsured or do not plan to utilize your out-of-network benefits for the services you receive. Learn more at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Cost of Additional Services
If an existing client requires their counselor to print and mail their complete treatment record or prepare a letter or form for a third party the following fees apply:
Letter preparation | $120 per letter
Form completion | $120 per hour
Printing/mailing complete treatment record | $75
Please note that the focus of our practice is to establish and develop a working therapeutic relationship, and for this reason we do not accept new clients who are solely seeking documentation for a third party.
